The room had noise coming from the busy road outside. The lack of access to outdoor tables for drinks, especially when there were plenty of empty ones, was quite disappointing. The room temperature issue was frustrating as well. Even with air conditioning, it quickly got hot once turned off, leaving us uncomfortable at night.

Exceptionally nice location, and meals were savoury!!!
All in all everything was excellent, had an enjoyable stay for a Short Trip to Lake Bled. The room was air conditioned with an amazing view and the staff extremely helpful and attentive.

Starkl, heritage & unique is a wonderful hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food at reasonable prices, and it was perfect for us being right by the lake where the pletna boats go to the island. Our waiter was professional and attentive!

the hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a good area, really close to castle and island. the staff members were very kind. it had an attached restaurant with authentic slovene food. everything was simply great.

The location is peaceful with fine views. The staff was super helpful, especially when we needed to organize trips. Don't miss renting paddle boats and checking out the castle. Breakfast was great too, with amazing options and friendly service. Really made our group vacation special!
The walk to town can be a bit long, around 25 minutes, which wasn't ideal at night when we wanted to grab some food or drinks.
